The Palms at Avoca offers 33 quality Villas accommodating from 4 to 6 persons for large groups of up to 140 persons. All of our accommodation is self-contained with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining area, bathroom and verandah.

Rates

Group rates start from just $37 per person per night in a range of our 2 bedroom accommodation styles including 4 berth villas, 6 berth villas and Cabanas depending on availability. Excludes Christmas, Easter and October Long Weekend, conditions apply.
If you’re visiting the Central Coast to watch family and friends compete in an event or perhaps for a wedding then our Family and Spectator rates start from just $99 per night for the first 2 persons in the 4 berth Villas.
