COVID19 Condition of Entry

COVID 19 Health Crisis Safety Guidelines |Conditions of Entry to The Palms at Avoca

 

Everyone must comply with government and Public Health Order directions while on the premises. This includes but is not limited to:

>1 person per 4 sqm rule applies in all communal areas such Laundry, Games Room, Playground and Amenities

> Maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing. 

> Gatherings must not exceed 10 people at any time

> Everyone must practice good hand hygiene.

> All guests, including long-term casuals and visitors, MUST complete a Visitor Record Keeping form at check-in/arrival

> Park rules and conditions must be followed

> All staff instructions must be followed

 

Park Facilities

Pool, Spa and BBQ’s - Due to current COVID19 health and hygiene restrictions the Pool, Spa and BBQ’s will be closed.

Games Room, Laundry and Amenities - 1 Person per 4 sqm, Maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing, Gatherings must not exceed 10 people at any time

 

Check-Out Procedures

> Please follow the standard check-out procedures as advised.  To limit contact, we ask that you drop the keys in the Key Return box outside Reception.  The Visitor Record Keeping form can be handed in at this time with the keys.  

 

Cleaning

> All accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned between change-over of guests in accordance with NSW Health guidelines.

> Communal facilities will be kept clean and hygienic.  Frequently touched surfaces, such as kitchens, bathrooms, door handles, and light switches will be cleaned to reduce contamination.
